The interview process was conducted by very capable HR personnel. The interviewer immediately made me feel at ease and after a very short while I was more comfortable and confident throughout the process. The questions began with questions about general workplace habits, strengths and weaknesses, then led into the technical details of the job that I was applying for. The questions increased in difficulty to gauge just how much I actually knew about the subject matter.
