Very unprofessional experience. I was called by a manager to set up an interview the next day, no screening or anything. I was asked one actual interview question, when I started answering I was immediately cut off. The rest of the time I was talked at for 45 min and was told why I should work there. They also asked me very personal questions like if I had kids. That shouldn’t determine whether or not I could do the job. I was very uncomfortable. When they called to offer me the job they asked me if I had a medical marijuana card. On the offer letter it was for a completely different title. I just felt like all these issues during the interview process was a sign of how it would be working there. I received another offer for a company that was much more professional during the interview process.
