Interview process is two rounds. First round is with a team of people at your level or slightly above you. They ask you straightforward questions on the statistical and economic analyses you’ve done. Have STAR stories ready. Some behavioral questions too. Second round is with a team of a mix of division managers and people around your level. More questions on analyses you’ve done and some behavioral questions. Very straightforward, each person asks a few questions. Both interviews took about an hour. They are very slow to move forward. They took over 8 weeks to reach out to me to schedule the first interview after I applied. They took about two weeks after the first interview to reach out to me about scheduling the second. They took about 6 weeks after the second interview to send me a rejection email.
