Applied online, then received a phone call explaining more details about the job. They then scheduled an interview with me that week as they wanted to move quickly in the hiring process. After the first in person interview they emailed me that night, telling me they were moving forward in their hiring search. As I understand it the next steps would have been a video interview, and then training in Austin at their original store location.
