The process was horrible. The interview never happened after being rescheduled TWICE! Either this company doesn't want to hire people of color in leadership rolls or there is something fundamentally wrong with the HR staff at this company. I have a friend who also applied for the same position and told me of the EXACT same experience after they have you apply online, list your salary qualifications and then have you take a personality test.
