3 steps of interview process: first was an initial intro call, second interview with manager, third with 2 other colleagues. Additionally, I had to take a test that was about 5 pages with various scenarios relating to customer service experiences.

I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview for the following week. I set up a date a time, but when the day came I never received a call! I did not receive a notice that they would be late or to reschedule for another day. My experience was very unprofessional.

There were two interviews and both were really organized. They both made the experience wonderful! What typically is an anxious experience was very comfortable and fun! I really enjoyed the interviews! Very well conducted.
