I applied for different roles in the finance team. I was contacted by one of their recruiter (always the same one) who asked to schedule a phone interview. Despite the numerous calls booked in, they never called and always came back with ridiculous excuses and asking to reschedule. I think I must have reschedule 5 times once to speak to the recruiter her and I never got even a feedback later. They probably think they can access a wide talent pool of people wanting to join Farfetch whilst if this is the culture of disrespect, it only makes me run away from it Completely time wasters and arrogant
