The overall impression is quite disappointing. The recruiter didn't even took the time after i went through to 3 interviews to communicate the results or feedback (negative I presume) after the technical interview. Management and techinical people seems to live in different worlds and seperate from any shared information. Did 1st interview with management which was ok, i had still some question, like who is the team, which project i will work on. I thought the technical interview would give me clarity, but Principal engineer i spoke, didn't know either which team/project I should work on. The principal engineer asked me to do coding session(there was on preparation link or video), which was not really clear announced in mails, from a Principal/Senior person, I would expect more a system design and high-level interview, but it was the "usual" college coding games interview which most of time , Senior people have difficulty to answer because nobody use them in real life and junior people excells Disappointing from the technical interview to the recruiter, I diddn't felt my experience was valued. Sad that is always the tipical way of filtering people. I would not reccomend The manager I spoke with allthough was kind and with experience
