I submitted a resume through f5.com and didn't hear back for a good 4 weeks. At that time I had an initial phone screen interview which was pretty basic and more digging for experience. In a few days a 3 1/2 hour interview was scheduled where I met with various team members in a group interview setting. Questions included basic technical knowledge questions to white boarding various programming problems.
