I sent in my resume during a career fair at my college. The hiring manager reached out to me thereafter in three weeks. I had a small talk with the hiring manager after which she gave me a day a week later when I had to go to the office in Atlanta and give an in-person interview with a construction manager. The process was smooth but they did not get back to me with either a reject or an accept and also did not reply to my emails. I am assuming it was a reject from the company.

In person interview at the office, met with three different managers, had three thirty minutes conversations. Great way to learn about different business lines and get comfortable with the work environment and people.
