Upon passing the phone interview, they schedule you for the first round of interviews with staff on the Connectivity Consultant and QA Analyst teams. Before you go in, you receive another application form, much more detailed with basic interview questions, to complete. You interview with managers looking to gain better insight into who you are. Afterwards, if they decide you may be a good fit for one team or the other, you are invited back to interview again, this time with members of that specific team.
