For a position that I have too much experience, knowledge, and education for, I had four interviews with escalating positions within the hierarchy of the implementation organization, the last of which was with a Senior Director and one of his direct reports. Two hours after my last Eyefinity interview, I accepted a much higher-paying position commensurate with my skills and experience from another employer that does not have the same toxic reputation as Eyefinity. My time with the senior director confirmed the validity of the claims that Eyefinity was too internally political to get out of its own way. I knew I would not accept an offer from Eyefinity if I had received one.

Straight forward interview process. Three rounds of interviews. Reviewed previous work, Met with people from different departments and roles, including people from VSP. Mostly conversation and question and answer format.

1st interview is over the phone with HR dept
Within two days 2nd interview is in person with HR. A week or so later 3rd interview is with manager 4 days later 4th interview was with team members and department manager ( but I’ve been told not everyone had a 3rd or 4th meeting)
I was then called 2 weeks later with an offer of salary,

Most of the questions were more on a personal level about past jobs, some questions about knowledge in my field but 90% was in my resume. The Unexpected Questions were “How did I like my last manager and would I conciser him/her a friend” and “ Would I be willing to learn new tools” that had nothing to do with the position I was applying for.
