I had a 12 minute call with a recruiter, was given a challenge to complete, met with two other employees the next day for 45 minutes and the was given a secondary challenge to complete and told it was the final step. The second challenge is VERY similar to the issues EyeCarePro openly told me they were facing - this challenge made me feel very uncomfortable, like they were going to take my detailed marketing plan and not hire me. At this stage I withdrew myself from consideration and got a rude message back from HR that they were impressed with my skills and it was unfortunate that I was too immature to complete a "standard" task. But no company should ask you for a detailed plan. Maybe a 30-60-90 plan, but not in-depth analysis and execution plans. It's an employee market, and this interview process was rushed and then when I said I felt uncomfortable completing that amount of work without assurances, I was made to feel like a failure. Job hunters beware of this organization, I don't think they truly know how to quantify or assess marketing. I was told in the interview the company's greatest weakness was Marketing. Full stop.
They have a very in-depth interview process that makes them seem like a very professional company, however its just a farce. Be prepared to submit all kinds of personality tests and multiple interviews
