The interview process was great. I had an initial phone conversation with the company recruiter and was then flown over to Dublin to interview in person. The interview day was very relaxed and attended by around 16-20 of the Exyte team - ranging from industry professionals, HR etc. The recruitment day was in three parts - an interview, a team building exercise and a role play. All elements where relaxed and the people I met were sociably and put you at ease. There was a real focus on getting to know you, and seeing if your personality would fit within the team. It didn't feel so much like an interview, but more of a meet and great. They offered my the position but because of my partner was offered a job elsewhere, I declined to proceed further. I got the feeling exyte would have been an excellent company to work for, and had it not been for my personal circumstances, I would have definitely accepted and looked forward to the work.
