Entrevista
Professional and well organised. The interview was arranged within one week after the job application. The interview takes around 30min with Head of Department. I was offered on the next day.

Technical questions such as engineering calculation
Short and sweet. Questions were to the point and specific to the job. There was a heavy emphasis on the technical aspects of the role which was refreshing to see.
phone calls then in person with Managers and other engineers. they were nice and let me see what the day to day would be like. I thought it was professional and a good company culture to be a part of. I enjoyed the interview process.
