Disorganized is the only real way to describe it. The recruiter spent more time talking about the company than the role. I never got a clear idea of the interview process or what to expect. Before the interview ended she said she'd set up time with someone in the next day or two and I never heard back even after sending follow-up messages. Beware of this place--its an HR Consulting firm that doesn't eat its own dog food.
