Entrevista
1)HR Calls you up and talks like she is doing me a favor to set up an onsite interview with the hiring manager.
2)On site interview:
-30 mins talk with the QA manager.
-White board interview with another manager .
-Had to wait for half hour for the HR interview the same day, but was told to go home and they will call me another day for HR interview
3) Called back for HR interview after 2 days.
-She had a list of questions and wanted the answers that they wanted to hear
-made points like no wearing Perfume, no smoking, Should clock in at the given time and some behavioral questions.

Entrevista
Interviewed 2 rounds, one technical with some engineering managers and then a behavioral by HR. The questions were mostly hypotheticals related to testing, where they gave example situations and you would explain how you would resolve or test them.

Q: How would you test a sound decibel power system, using a random sample, or testing from 0 to 100.

Entrevista
Initial HR phone interview ~15 min regarding my Visa status, education history, major, basic skill set, expectations and preferences. Followed by an on-site Interview (as the company was in my locality). It was a one to one interview process for my basic skills.
