Interview Experience: Extreme Networks, Associate QA Engineer Role I recently went through a three-round interview process for the Associate QA Engineer role at Extreme Networks. The first round was an Online Assessment (OA) consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) focused on general knowledge, problem-solving, and logical reasoning. The second round was an offline interview where we discussed my resume, past experiences, and projects. They also asked about my hobbies and interests outside of work. In the final round, they assessed my fit for the role and my understanding of the company. We discussed my motivation for applying, what I could bring to the team, and the company culture. Overall, the interview process was a combination of an online assessment, resume discussion, and assessing my fit for the role. The interviewers were professional and friendly, making the experience comfortable. I am now awaiting the next steps in the hiring process.
