I applied online and set up a phone interview with the VP. We chatted for about 20 minutes about the position, culture, and what I was looking for. I later came in for three in person interviews where I was able to learn more about the day-to-day, travel expectations, and to see the remote office. The next day I received an offer! I love when a company knows what they want and doesn't wait for the sake of waiting.
