I had three separate interviews. The first was with a "regional manager" in person, the second a phone interview with a recruiter, and the third with another "regional manager". All three seemed to not have communicated with each other whatsoever, not even knowing whom I had interviewed with already. All three interviews felt as if they were a first interview, just the basic getting to know me questions. After THREE interviews, I did not hear from ANYONE for nearly 2 months, after several emails with no response, I finally received a 5 word email saying the position was filled. Very disorganized and unprofessional.
