It was for the assessment centre. Very relaxed and fun assessment day with lots of lovely people. One of the best assessment centres I have been to. Several group exercises in the morning and then some more after lunch then presentations at the end.

I had a telephone interview with a recruitment company, who then invited me to one of Express Vending's assessment days. The assessment days consisted of a number of group activities and discussions. Just before lunch, nearly half as the candidates were cut. In the afternoon, we had one-on-one interviews, at the end of which we were told whether we would be going through to the next stage. By the end of the day, we were down to 10, and were invited to drinks at a nearby bar. I then had a final interview at the Express Vending offices.
