Applied 2/26, called to schedule interview on 3/13, interviewed by two supervisors on 3/17, put in STAR round that day and was immediately interviewed by a higher ranking supervisor. Offered position on 3/25 and started training on 4/20.

Entrevista
I met and interviewed with the most genuine and laidback Supervisor. He put me completely at ease after I spoke with the initial recruiter. Great experience. I think I got lucky meeting with the gentleman that I did because as I discussed my interview with new coworkers some of them had multiple rounds.

The interview process was good they ask customer service questions like what does customer service mean to you? Tell me about a time a customer was upset and how did you handle that?

Virtual interview with standard questions lasted between 15-30 min. on the spot hiring. training was super easy and fun. some team leader was nice and polite while others not so much
