The interview consisted of a group interview for Christmas. The interview went around and asked what hours we are willing to work. Then, she asked questions such as past work experience, describe a time you went out of your way to deliver great customer service, why do you want to work at Express, etc. After the group interview, she asked couple people to stay for a oneo n one interview.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
