Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Express (San Jose, CA)
Entrevista
The interview was on the spot, extremely casual and surprisingly simple. The manager walked around the store with me while asking me questions. It probably helps to wear an outfit that looks like it came from Express to boost your chances of getting the job. Usually you go through a group interview before going on a 1:1 interview. However, I was referred by an employee so I skipped the group interview. The questions ranged from why I chose Express to describe Express in 3 words. I managed to pass never having walked into the store until that day. My advice is to just smile, give a firm handshake and be outgoing and sociable.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
