Process took three days. I applied early morning, got a call in the afternoon and got a call to set up and interview for the next day. I met with the manager wearing a a simple black shirt with black pants with a chunky necklace. The manager opening interview question was, "Why Express?" followed by, What do you think customer service consists of? What was the best customer service that you have experienced? What will you bring to the table? What is different about you? What are you going to school for?

It was a group interview. I was the first one there I had wait for the others to arrive. While I was looking around the store. It brought back so many memories of me shopping there.

Entrevista
I just recently got hired for a part-time position by Express and the interview was very laid back. It was relaxed and easy-going, we went outside of the store and sat on a couch and just chatted. I was asked simple questions, some about myself, what would I do if I thought a customer was stealing, and what would I do if I thought a fellow co-worker was stealing. The interview lasted all of 10 minutes and I was hired on the spot. Very good experience.

Entrevista
Only took 3 days. It was fast. Super easy not a lot of questions asked. Got hired immediately and started working next day. There is a training session super easy too.
