Don’t really remember what interview process and questions were. This company is all about sales so having a background in sales is a must. Overall it went well. Obviously. I got the job.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.

Standard. Interview with the Store Manager, followed by a District Manager interview. The questions were what you would expect, just had to wait a couple weeks to get in for the District Manager interview.
