WHMIS accreditation for the third time. Questions about my background and my ideal job, even though I know that I am over-qualified for what jobs they would send me to.

Questions regarding references, what job I would truly like to do. Questions about my education and my availability. All a waste of time, as they will offer a minimum wage job and I have two college diplomas and one OSSGD high school diploma.

Entrevista
Presentation is key. Especially when making a first impression. And they utilized this strategy to draw me in from the get-go. They succeeded at smiling, asking questions to make it seem that they are legitimately interested in me, etc. Although I do feel that it's all part of that "making a good-first impression" deal.
