It was a pretty standard. Phone call, then interview with Owner. Then meeting with staffing consultant. The phone interview with regional director. I found out if i got the job with in two weeks.

Entrevista
There are three stages:
1) Telephone
- General, Why are you interested in working here?
- Specific questions about previous jobs etc.
2) Group
- Just know the different issues facing companies
3) 1 on 1
- What are some relevant skills you bring to the job...
- What are your weakness?
- Which area do you need to improve etc.
4) On the job evaluation for a couple of hours.
Overall, the entire process took about 5 weeks.

The questions are very thorough and you should be well prepared
