The hiring and interview process was fairly easy compared to other jobs that I have applied for. This is because you are interviewing with an individual owner and maybe part of their team. I had one interview with the owner and one follow up interview with the branch manager. I interviewed on Tuesday and then again on Thursday and had the job offer Thursday afternoon. I appreciated the quick response from the team.
