Was reached out my one of the representative at the company. Showed up and realized it was a group interview with 5 other applicants. We each took turn to answer the questions from two individuals working at the company. After the interview, they reached out to individuals that did well during the interview to complete a more extensive, online, written interview. After that, pretty much there's no word from them. Not even a rejection or any sort of response. When we take the time to go there in person for an interview and then spend more time on an extensive written interview, the least they could've done is send over their template of rejection letter of some sort so we don't have to follow up. Feels like it's a waste of time.

I was invited for a group interview with three other people. The interviewers were friendly and the interview wasn't too difficult. However, I don't like how they didn't reach out after the interview.
