Not an organized process. They sent an email asking couple of questions and implying I was not us citizen just because of my last name? Idk. Then, I had an interview with this employee who has no idea of what I was working on and in fact had less than a year in the company. Very poor feedback, negative and I did not knew for what position I was being interviewed... the guy did not knew and I asked questions about the job that he could not answer at all. Very unfair! I felt I did waste my time.
