Entrevista
First interview was via skype with a couple of the tech leads. Then a single in person interview lasting about 2 hours. First hour was with manager and had more broad questions to get a sense of how I approach problems and to see if I would be a fit for their work environment. Second hour was with the group I'd work with and consisted of more technical questions. Basically anything mentioned on resume was fair game for asking questions.
Total time:
submit resume to skype interview: ~3 business days
skype interview to in person interview: 5 business days
in person interview to offer: 2 business days
offer to first day: ... (still in progress)

Several psychological questions (eg How do I handle coworkers being hostile to a suggestion I have for seemingly no reason? Someone says something isn't working and says it's a system issue (your department) but you know it's a network issue (their department) but they refuse to accept it.
