Phone screening with recruiter followed by an interview done by two employees. Recruiter preps you very well for the interview. I would say ask your recruiter as many questions as possible and clarify anything you are struggling with. Most times they have worked with the team you are interviewing for and know exactly what they want. THE PAY IS LOW!!!!!
