Interview process was very unprofessional and unorganized with multiple people in on the process which made it very confusing. I was referred for the position so a lot of steps were skipped which I didn't mind but was very unorganized. I went for the interview and both managers I was supposed to interview with forgot so I had to interview with a team lead and come back a few days later to interview with the managers that I was supposed to see the few days before.

The overall interview process did take more than two months and I was often left to contact the recruiter directly for next steps. Once the interviews began, they were comprehensive, engaging, and I was made to feel comfortable at all times. Total of 4 interviews before an offer was presented.

They called me to double-check my resume and experience before deciding it wasn't a fit. They weren't clear and wanted to speak to me before sending me an automatic rejection. This also helped me hone my resume further.
