Ho effettuato un colloquio telefonico con l'HR successivamente seguito da un colloquio su skype sempre di tipo conoscitivo. L'HR è stata gentile e mi ha messo a mio agio. Mi ha chiesto quale fosse stato il mio percorso formativo e quali fossero le mie conoscenze pregresse su diversi linguaggi di programmazione, in particolare Java.

they had taken 1st written test with 2 interviews face to face.
The written test was simple and both interviews were quite easy too.
But seriously they were mocking us by calling for the interview and later on say you are rejected without giving any detailed feedback.
If they don't want to hire, then please don't waste our time and money.

1st round was gd.
After that their was online apti+java round.
After that there was 1 more online round with little bit more tough questions.
And after that there was a voice assesment round through telephone (about 30 min).
It was experis it for ibm.
But they give very late joining and they keep on extending their joining date.
