First round was GD and before that comes personal introduction where they asked all the candidates to leave who were having less than 65% . Why would they invite them then? After clearing GD they tell you about the job that:
1. You have to face 2 months training which is free of cost but you dont get any money either.
2. And after that you have to give an exam based on Java and oracle(for that they will train you during 2 months training) and clear that which will provide you a placement of 2.6L per annum in IBM but you have of sign a bond of 16 months(not including training period) during your training period and if you leave before that period you will have to pay 1 Lakh to them.
They dont tell you about that before you went to give the interview. Its their setup.
After clearing GD and knowing all this, you will take an online test of 1hr which includes(english, logical reasoning and questions based on java). The test is easy. They just check your basic skills. After that there is a telephonic round(you just have to say some english sentences written on a paper, they check your pronunciation), again easy to crack.
Full day interview, 2 general topics described in the first section, questions afterwards. During the day they took us out of the exam for personal interviews. The entire process lasted a full day.
inizialmente un colloquio molto formale e molto attento al candidato. Successivamente sono stati fatti altri due colloqui con la stessa metrica. Ma è il risultato finale che è sgradevole, tutti d'accordi cliente compreso e puff poi sono svaniti

Entrevista
I interviewed with a recruiter from Experis. I did a phone interview. Then had to do an improptu teams call. At this point the recruiter was getting pushy with asking for things the day of. Next I had to to do an online assessment.
The online assessment was broken and had to use Mozilla just to open and install correctly (legacy create react app). The assessment was an easy todo app with some light react and styling questions. I completed it within an hour and sent it over. The next day I asked for an update and didn't receive a response from the recruiter until the following week. The timing was very poor as the company was deciding by the end of the week. The recruiter ghosted me and replied the following week explaining my assessment wasn't strong enough. I was very shocked at the reasoning as the exercises was very remedial. Don't waste your time with this company, they are disorganized and will not follow up with applicants.
