I interviewed at EI in August/Sept 2023 originally for a Sr Account role. My background skews more to project management so during the 1st interview with their Recruiter person it was suggested I would be better suited for a digital PM role they had available. It was on their website but not posted on LinkedIn where I originally applied. I agreed to a second interview for this DPM role. 2nd interview was with who would have been my direct report. I am then moved on to the 3rd round to meet another team member I would be working directly with and the CEO. This all moved quickly and took less than 2 weeks. All the communication was quick and easy. The interviews also went very well. 3 days after my final interview they communicated to me that I would be a great fit for the DPM role however they also decided they didn’t actually need it anymore and best of luck on my search.
