I completed the first round interview for this position, but I could sense during the conversation that the interviewer seemed disengaged. They provided brief responses to my questions, didn't elaborate much on the role or team dynamics, and the overall tone felt somewhat detached. The interview concluded fairly quickly, and I received a rejection shortly afterward. While I was disappointed, I recognized early in the conversation that it might not be the right fit, and I appreciated the experience as an opportunity to refine my interview approach.
