Had a great phone screen with the recruiter and promised to set up time with hiring executives quickly. Sounded like they wanted to fill the position but have since been completely ghosted! Followed up immediately, and then at 1 week and 2 weeks. Total radio silence. More genuinely concerned with the recruiters health and safety since she appeared eager to continue the process and have had zero response. Application still says pending online. Very strange
the interview process was okay. I thought they will ask a lot of questions related to the job, but they didn't. I believe they already had an internal candidate for the role.
