What’s one project where you faced difficulty and how did you resolve it?
Very clear and straightforward, 4 steps in total: CV scan, situation judgement test, video interview then assessment centre. If successful you will be connected with your line manager to discuss further.

Mostly about your experiences that aligned with the job you applied for
I had an interview online which went fine, the interviewers were great, however I never had any email back regarding the decision. After giving up an hour of your time, I think it's fair to expect a reply from the recruiter.
