Typical screening call with the recruiter. Like others have mentioned, the recruiter has an accent that can be hard to understand what she's saying. Had no issues asking her to repeat the question. The only thing that really bothered me about this interview was she jumped around a lot in the sequence of questions she was asking me. It's like she was following a list and went back to questions she missed. Who asks for more details of your prior work experience at the very end of the interview? We already discussed it in the beginning of the conversation. Still, the interview was seemingly well until she didn't like my response to her question of where do you see yourself in 5 years. Fair question, but as an entry level developer making a career switch I don't have the next 5 years planned, and I would argue that most people don't.
