1st call was from HR. A week after, HR scheduled me for phone interview with the Sr. Manager from Bellevue USA. Few hours later, HR called again to shedule another round of interview with an Analyst from Australia. 2 weeks after, it was followed by interview session with the Director from Dallas, days after was with Sr. Manager in Manila. Then another session with the Sr. Manager but thru video conference this time. The last interview session I had was a face to face with another Director from SG. It was indeed a learning experience. The entire process was superb. HR keeps me posted and updated.
Questions are situational, skills related, about the company.
First stage - Telephone interview with internal recruiter, it was fairly straightforward. Had to talk about my professional experience and why I applied for position. Overall interview was alright even though I didn’t move forward.

STAR behavioral questions based on company values - they really have an emphasis on these two things. There was also a business case component where they just want to see your thought process and how you explain your approach. The interview process is quite extensive with many rounds of interviews
