Apply online through a career event. Got a skype interview with recruit manager before the event. Then about two weeks later I was asked to have two in-person interview in the event with senior manager and market manager.

Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones

The first stage was a hirevue interview with basic questions like why do you want to join Expedia, when was a time you struggled, introductions, and etc. it took about fifteen minutes to finish the video interview and it also included a few questions about availability
