I am very confused because it was a standard interview process but the company is leading me on?
I applied online and went through HR phone call, online assessment and then the recruiter told me that they need to schedule a final interview which has never been set up? I reach out to see if I was maybe rejected but the recruiter consistently reaches out and still says I am in the applicant pool and they are waiting to schedule the final rounds??
Truly Bizarre. IMO if it takes longer than 3 weeks, move on.
