The recruitment (HR) process was super professional and speedy. I applied online and less than a week later I had a phone screening with HR. The following day I was scheduled for a video conference with the hiring manager. A week or less after the chat with the hiring manager HR sent me a rejection letter. The recruitment process was refreshing to experience and professional - emphasis was made on closing out the application process to hire or reject and no ghosting, a major plus. The hiring manager (HM) was not professional. HM showed up a few minutes late in sweatpants with messy hair. The entire time was fidgeting with hair and checking emails I'm assuming on a second or split screen. They looked over-caffeinated and anxious - super weird. HM abruptly ended the interview 15 minutes earlier and mentioned they got an email saying they needed to go. The caliber of professionalism from the manager surprised me considering this is a reputable and global company. My experience was well over a month ago, I was waiting to write a review to see if the person they hired had more or less the same experience as me. I have since seen this role reposted since my application process. With at least close to 100 resumes submitted. It's unlikely that out of all these resumes they can't find a well-qualified person. I'm sure HR is having a fun time trying to fill this role for the manager. If you choose to apply hopefully you have that elusive quality they're looking for.
