One telephonic and then onsite. Interviews comprised of questions around program management, scenario based questions, architecture design questions, algorithms. As such, it was pretty intense and they tested you on all fronts. I had to design a reservation system (Cannot disclose which one due to NDA). Prepare well on all of the above and one should be able to crack it. Having knowledge about the domain for which you are interviewing will help.

Four steps: a chat with the hiring manager, a ‘ways of working’ interview, a practical based on a project and then one more. They were pretty good at working around my schedule and keeping things inclusive. I heard back after about a week.

Entrevista
There are 1/2 rounds using video conference. I assume these are elimination rounds. For me one was on the Program Management skills and the second one was with a technical architect. If you pass these they will call you onsite. There were 3 onsite rounds with the last one being with the hiring manager. Again there were around the technical program/product management aspects.

Interview process was good. Started with a phone screen that lasted 30 minutes. followed by a phone call from hiring manager and finally onsite interview that lasted 6 hours. Onsite interview had 6 rounds including behavioral, HR, Technical , process, cultural and team fit.
