I had really high hopes and thought transparency was a priority for them. I was screened and told there were a lot of new opportunities that I would be qualified for. I was then considered for a new role, interviewed and then promptly declined. I had a feeling it was not going well when the interviewer told me her time was limited. And when I followed up to find out about the original role I had applied for, I got no response.
