Recruiter provided overview of the position, including high-level overview of job function and role responsibilities, expectations, promotional opportunities, etc. We also covered HR topics, including compensation expectations, work authorization, etc. Once passing the interview screening with HR, there is an interview loop consisting of multiple individual interviews with various team members. Last but not least, there is an interview with the hiring manager.
