Had an interview, they asked me to perform a long written test, then they told me the hiring process had been put on hold but thay they would contact me when they picked it up again. A couple of months later I see the same vacancy online and contact them to ask if I'm still being considered for it. I tried calling and sending different emails, with no reply. They have absolutely no respect for the candidates.

They ask about your background and why you want the job.
Pretty lengthy (4 interviews and a test), and didn't get the job. Every person involved with the hiring process seemed very nice, but felt like the decision wasn't really explained or talked through, which was the minimum after literally months into it.

Entrevista
The interview process was long, but it was worth it. From the beginning, the hiring team was very communicative and sincere, meeting deadlines and keeping me informed about my application. After several stages and a technical test that I enjoyed a lot, there was finally a match and I accepted the job offer.
