Initial Online assessment followed by an interview with the tech lead. Pretty poor experience from the interviewer who was both late to the call and was multi-tasking during the interview. It seemed he couldn't really care less about conducting one and had a pretty thick accent that made it hard to understand occasionally. Should maybe let others conduct the interview.
